CANCELLATION POLICY

First-Time Clientele: All services require a deposit of 50% the inquired service when scheduling as a first-time client. The deposit amount will be deducted from the service total due at checkout. Please note that all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable no matter the circumstance. Deposits are transferrable only if given a minimum of 48 hours notice to originally scheduled date and appointment start time, and can only be transferred to a new appointment twice. Failure to provide 48 hour notice for cancellations and reschedules will result in the loss of deposit. Failure to comply with the invoice within 24 hours will result in an additional fee of 10%.
