CANCELLATION POLICY

First-Time Clientele: All services require a deposit of 50% the inquired service when scheduling as a first-time client. The deposit amount will be deducted from the service total due at checkout. Please note that all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable no matter the circumstance. Deposits are transferrable only if given a minimum of 72 hours notice to originally scheduled date and appointment start time, and can only be transferred to a new appointment twice. Failure to provide 72 hour notice for cancellations and reschedules will result in the loss of deposit. In this case, a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule. Pre-Existing Clientele: Returning at clientele are not currently required to pay a deposit in order to reserve an appointment. In the case of frequent cancellations and reschedules, this may be subject to change in the future. For all cancellations and reschedule requests with less than 48 hours notice to the appointment start time, an automatic charge of 50% the service total will be charged to the card on file. If this transaction fails to process for any reason, a square invoice will be issued to the contact information on file. Failure to comply with the invoice within 24 hours will result in an additional fee of 10%. Late cancellations and reschedules with no payment provided will result in a permanent ban from booking future services with Enhancing Esthetics x Nikki, LLC. Punctuality: A grace period of 15 minutes is in place for all sessions. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment start time will result in an automatic cancellation/no show and will be charged accordingly. Please note that appointments typically run on a tight schedule and any tardiness up until this point will take time from the reserved appointment reservation.
